Mending a fence

This weekend Lori and I did some work at her rental property in Roseville. The gate was broken so we pulled it down, replaced a few slats and a brace, and I painted it. We got stonewalled (groan!) trying to get some toggle bolts into the stucco though. We’ll have to finish that next weekend. ...
