This weekend Lori and I finally started work on installing an over-the-

range microwave. The vent attached to the old hood was in a nailed-

shut compartment of the cabinet. We had to drill a hole into it and

borrow a crowbar. We decided to remove tile rather than drill through

it and found that the glue on the tile was stronger than the sheetrock

behind it. The rest of the job SHOULD be much easier...
