West Coast Tour, Days 3-4 ::
After an 800-mile round trip to LA and facing another 1700 miles to Seattle and back, we decided to splurge and rent a larger vehicle than Justin’s pickup. We went to a nearby car rental place, looked at one giant SUV with a stupid seat configuration (getting the keyboards in would have been a nightmare) and then settled on a Nissan Pathfinder. It was a definite improvement in comfort for the driver and front-seat passenger, but the third seat in the back was pretty cramped and there was slightly less cargo room. ...
