Master ::

Today I assembled what looks to be the final master for The Dream of ‘I’. Christoffer did the first pass at the end of February; I completely redid it around the beginning of April but, after a couple of weeks of marathon tweaking suggestions, gradually became convinced that I could only significantly improve on his work on one or two tracks, and then sent those changes back to him to scrutinize. Friday, Christoffer wrote back with a few countersuggestions, and today I reconciled everything. It feels strange that (almost exactly) two and a half years of work can be committed “forever” in a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon, but that’s what happened.
