North of the Golden Gate ::
This past weekend was a nice break from the compulsion of Getting Things Done. V and I took a drive north of the Golden Gate... (click for larger photos)

| We went to the top of Mount Tamalpais... | where the fog’s last gasp of the day laid west of San Francisco. |

| The sun reached the forest floor in Muir Woods... | It took a hike on the hillside trail to see the tops of the towering redwoods. |

| Many enjoyed Muir Beach... | We climbed on the rocks. |
 |

| Point Reyes was nearly deserted... | a perfect place to watch the sunset. |
 |
 |
| Sunday, from Santa Rosa to Calistoga... | returning from Harbin Hot Springs (same mountains, other side). |
