I got tired of using Colorist to generate harmonious colors by transforming hue/saturation/luminance values. So I did a little research into what others consider good ways to create colors that go well together, and tossed together an online color palette generator.

Some suggestions:
The default settings result in way too many colors. A well chosen palette usually has 2-3 different hues at the most.
Also--not many people think/visualize in terms of RGB...I’d rather choose just the starting hues visually (perhaps by clicking on a gradient image), then have the app generate shades and tints from those.
And it would be nice to know what the possible range for Saturation & Brightness is.
(whine,whine...I know, I should design my own palette generator ;-)
