The Bank ::
Saw The Bank tonight.
A computer programmer develops an algorithm for predicting the stock market and gets mixed up with an archetypical capitalist; the mere premise has me hooked. One twist had me shaking my head in technological disbelief (this film was made in Australia, not Hollywood!), but doubled back quite satisfyingly. A pleasant diversion. Extra bonus: some beautiful shots of a friend’s hometown, Melbourne.
